Business Psychology | Psychology-Informed Coaching | Career & Life Transitions

I’m Nisha John, a Business Psychologist and EMCC-accredited coach supporting women navigating career and life transitions, difficult relationships and periods when their previous sense of identity or direction no longer fits.
My background spans psychology, occupational psychology, coaching, organisation design and workplace change. This means I pay attention both to your inner experience and to the wider relationships, responsibilities and systems shaping your choices.
Transitions rarely affect only one part of life. Changes in work, identity, relationships, health or responsibility can overlap, leaving even highly capable women feeling uncertain about what they need and what should come next. I offer a thoughtful, confidential space to slow down, make sense of what is changing and reconnect with your own judgement.

My approach is psychology-informed, trauma-aware, future-focused and practical. We take your history and present circumstances seriously without remaining only with the problem. Together, we clarify what matters, explore realistic choices and translate insight into grounded next steps that respect your values, capacity and pace.
Alongside my coaching practice, I write and research professional identity, career disruption and the human experience of change.
